Due to the nature of personalised garments and accessories, no returns are accepted unless of course in the unlikely event an item is faulty.
GoApparel cannot accept returns based incorrect sizes ordered, or incorrect colours printed/stitched,if the decoration file is approved. Therefore, please ensure your quotation, and decoration document is checked thoroughly before approval to proceed is given.
If required, we are happy to send a print or stitch sample in the post to physically approve the decoration. This will be at the cost of the purchaser, and will inevitably delay the order.
Alternatively, we recommend supplying CMYK colours of the logo (other references accepted), which we will collaborate with our equipment. Personalised garments must be paid for before any decorative work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
When supplying your garments or accessories for decoration, you are accepting that there is always a possibility of damage/defects happening to the garments whilst being printed or embroidered. If any damage does happen such as scalding to the material if being heat-pressed, we are not obliged to pay for replacements, or give compensation.
A quotation expires after 28 days. Once 28 days have exceeded, prices given may have increased/decreased, therefore a new quotation will be required.
